I'd rather have something that works without having to change how email addresses are represented. I'd probably use it just to indicate which of my half-dozen email addresses is the preferred one. And don't forget phones. How about a property foafx:preferredMeansOfContact, which could point to anything, including a mailto URI or a tel URI or a foaf:OnlineAccount? I don’t know. I’d rather have something that works without having to change how email addresses are represented. I’d probably use it just to indicate which of my half-dozen email addresses is the preferred one.
